真诚地感谢您购买HiBy品牌的产品!
一、为保障您的权益,请您在购机后仔细阅读以下内容:
在保修有效期内,因产品本身质量问题引起的且并非人为损坏的故障,凭购机发票和保修卡,享受以下保修服务:
1、主机免费保修有效期一年;
2、自购机之日起15日内,主机出现性能故障,您可选择直接更换相同型号产品或申请维修;
3、特别说明:
(1)内置可充电电池的保修期限为3个月,如果返修电源或电池有明显的硬物损坏、裂痕、断脚、严重变形及电源线损坏、断线、裸芯等现象则不予包换,用户可另行购买;
(2)产品的包装、各类连接线、技术资料及赠品等附件不在保修保换范围内;
(3)在免费包换期间,产品经过东莞敏动电子科技有限公司检测,确认故障后,可更换相同型号的返修良品,更换的瑕疵备件归东莞敏动电子科技有限公司所有;无故障产品,将原样退回;
(4)经东莞敏动电子科技有限公司包换、保修过的产品将享受原始承诺保质的剩余期限再加3个月的保质期;
(5)如产品为付费维修,同一性能问题将享受自修复之日起3个月止的免费保修,请索取并保存好您的维修凭证;
(6)返修产品的邮寄费用由发送方单向负责;
(7)经销商向您做出的超出东莞敏动电子科技有限公司保修条款范围的其它承诺,东莞敏动电子科技有限公司不承担任何责任。
二、下列情况不属于免费保修范围,东莞敏动电子科技有限公司可提供有偿服务:
1、已经超出包换保修期限;
2、擅自涂改、撕毁产品序列号或条形贴纸;
3、未按使用说明书要求安装、使用、维护、保管导致产品故障或损坏;
4、产品保修卡上的产品序列号或型号与产品本身不符;
5、未经东莞敏动电子科技有限公司许可,擅自拆机修理;
6、因不可抗力或人为行为导致的产品损坏,如使用不适合的电源、信号源及高温、进水、机械破坏、摔坏等等;
7、客户发回保修途中由于运输、装卸所导致的故障或损坏;
8、其他非产品设计、技术、制造、质量等原因而导致的故障或损坏。
三、技术支持
在您送修产品之前,请致电本公司售后服务人员以确定产品故障,您也可以通过访问本公司网站www.hiby.com 或发送电子邮件service@hiby.com给敏动售后服务部,寻求技术支持。
四、产品保修卡内容的最终解释权及修改权归东莞敏动电子科技有限公司所有。

Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing a HiBy branded product. To protect your consumer rights and provide after-sales service of defined quality, we provide you with the following warranty terms. Please read carefully:
1、Technical support: Before sending in your product for warranty, please contact our after-sales staff at support@hiby.com to confirm whether your issue stems from a product defect or is instead a problem in usage of the product we can help you through.
2、The following warranty agreement is entered between you, the customer and Dongguan SmartAction Technology Co., Ltd. (“SmartAction”), the warranty service provider of HiBy Music Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“HiBy”).
3、To claim any of the warranties laid out below, please show us
a)Your dated purchase receipt showing date of purchase;
b)Your dated shipment receipt showing date of receipt of the product package in the case of mail / internet orders; (otherwise warranty will be dated from the purchase date shown per (a) );
c)This warranty card.
4、All time spans defined in subsequent clauses are defined as the span from the date defined in 3(b) (3(a) if 3(b) is not available) to the date of sending as recorded on the courier package that the claimed product arrives in (inclusive of the start and end dates). If the package is not dated, the day the package is received by SmartAction is taken as the end date. Time spans are calculated via year, month, day in descending priority. E.g.
a)15-day period: Clause 3a/b date: January 1, last acceptable end date: January 15;
b)3-month period: Clause 3a/b date: January 1, last acceptable end date: April 1 (regardless of how many days there are in each month in question);
c)1-year period: Clause 3a/b date: January 1 2018, last acceptable end date: January 1 2019 (regardless of how many days there are in the year in question).
5、The warranties laid out below pertain to the “main product” purchased, e.g. the product contained by the main chassis in the case of a player / amp / converter / similar device or the headphone proper excluding detachable padding / tips in the case of headphones. It does not pertain to product packaging, connection cables, paper documentation, gifts and other similar accessories contained in the product package.
6、Battery limited warranty: subject to clauses 11-14, batteries are warrantied for 3 months from the date of purchase / receipt as defined in Clause 4. If within these three months a battery shows obvious signs of external damage not caused by normal use, e.g. kinetic impact, broken pins, broken connecting cables, etc. repair / replacement / parts charges will also be sought per clause 11.
7、15-day limited replacement warranty. Subject to clauses 11-14, HiBy branded products can be exchanged like-for-like, within 15 days of purchase receipt as defined in Clause 4, if it is found defective, where “defective” is to be defined relative to the nominal functioning of the product.
a)The user is responsible (including the postal charge) for sending the defective product to SmartAction in proper packaging so that no further damage is suffered in transit.
b)The defective product will be repossessed by SmartAction while a replacement will be sent to you.
c)If the product is found to be working within the product’s nominal standards, the original product will be retured to the customer. The limited replacement warranty is not a “satisfaction guarantee”.
8、1-year limited repair warranty. Subject to clauses 11-14 and modulo Clause 6, HiBy branded products can be repaired free of charge within one year of purchase as defined in Clause 4 (including within the 15-day replacement period, i.e. you may opt to repair or replace in the first 15 days).
a)The user is responsible (including the postal charge) for sending the defective product to SmartAction in proper packaging so that no further damage is suffered in transit.
b)The defective product will be repaired / replaced by SmartAction at its discretion and sent back to you at SmartAction’s expense.
9、After the product is repaired / replaced per clauses 6/7/8, it will enjoy an additional 3 months’ limited repair warranty, i.e. the“effective”start date per clause 3a/b is shifted later by 3 months.
10、If a product is submitted for repair after the limited warranty periods of clauses 6-8 (whichever is applicable, modulo Clause 9) expire, SmartAction will solicit repair / replacement / parts charges for repairing your product.
11、The following are exclusions to the limited warranties laid out in clauses 6-8 such that SmartAction may still solicit appropriate repair / replacement / parts charges within the designated warranty periods:
a)Serial number or model number shown on the warranty card does not match that of the product;
b)Unauthorized overwriting / alteration of the product serial number, label, purchase / shipment receipt and/or other documentation used in determining warranty eligibility;
c)Inappropriate use / treatment of the product by the customer or any third party, causing unavoidable damage;
d)Disassembly / attempted repair of the product by the customer or any third party not authorized by SmartAction;
e)Occurence of any other conditions / natural disasters causing unavoidable damage to the product. E.g.extreme heat / cold, kinetic impact, extreme tensile forces, etc.
f)Damage taken by the product in the course of shipping back to SmartAction for repairs, e.g. drops, impacts not protected against by insufficient packaging;
g)Any other damage not caused in the course of normal acceptable use / handling of the product.
12、A product repaired for charges out of warranty will enjoy 3 months’ limited repair warranty. Please keep the additional warranty card and show it to us in the case of further repairs to redeem this extra warranty.
13、The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the product to the address designated by SmartAction (whether local or international) for repair, in or out of warranty, and ensuring that the product reaches the destination without (further) damage; afterwards, SmartAction is responsible for the cost of sending the repaired / replacement product back to the address designated by the customer (whether local or international), and ensuring that the product reaches the destination without damage.
14、Neither HiBy nor SmartAction is not to be held responsible for any extra warranty terms promised by the local retailer / distributor outside of the terms laid out in this document.
15、SmartAction holds the final rights to interpretation and modification of the warranty terms laid out in this card.
16、Mandatory extra warranty legislation in your jurisdiction may override any part of these warranty terms as required by law.
